It is now quicker and easier to locate your loved one interred at the Westlawn Cemetery in Cranbrook, thanks to the launch of an interactive online map.

Simply by entering the name of the person you are looking for, the map will bring up burial plot location details and a printable map, so you can easily find your way around the cemetery grounds.

“We regularly get inquiries from all over the country for information about those interred here in Cranbrook,” said Chris Zettel, Communications Officer for the City of Cranbrook. “We also get a large number of people passing through town on weekends who are looking for information when our offices are closed. This web map will be a helpful tool for people to find the information they are looking for anytime, quickly and easily.”

“The map will be undergoing continual maintenance and updating, so if you are not able to locate a person or a specific plot, please let us know,“ Zettel added.
