Isn’t it just like Canadian hockey teams playing in US tournaments to hog the finals?

That’s what happened last weekend in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho when the Cranbrook Crystal Glass bantam team knocked off Castlegar 4-2 in the final of the eight-team Frontier Bantam House Tournament.

The Cranbrook side skated to a perfect four win, no loss record to capture the tourney title.

“It was a great time had by all,” shared team coach Barry Nelson.
