Community Connections Society of Southeast BC (CCSSBC) is busy preparing for the 2026 Coldest Night of the Year Walk and fundraising event in Cranbrook.

The annual funds and awareness raising night is taking place Saturday, Feb. 28.

CCSSBC invites community members to join them in fundraising for a new 35-unit housing project in Cranbrook.

“Last year we raised more than $38,000. This year’s goal is $40,000,” organizers stated.

“We live in a generous community and fundraising is easy – why not start a team?”
