Cranbrook RCMP Report
The following is a summary of calls reported to Cranbrook RCMP for the period between 12 a.m. Feb. 25 to March 3, at 12 p.m.
Calls for Service: 112
One impaired driving: A criminal impaired intercepted by a Kimberley RCMP detachment member just north of the McPhee Bridge on Highway 95A.
16 collisions total: 12 of these occurred over two days (Feb 28 / March 1). Eight were in the city including two with minor injuries; and eight were outside the city, including three with minor injuries.
Nine driving complaints: Two in the city and seven outside the city.
One assault: domestic in nature.
Two thefts including one shoplifting.
Four mischief to property.
10 false alarms and false 911.
