Dragon Boaters fund a large star
One more large star on the East Kootenay Regional Hospital shines bright, thanks to the Abreast in the Rockies Dragon Boat Team.
This wonderful team of survivors and supporters raises money through various fundraisers throughout the year including porgy making and Christmas bazaars.
They were happy to present the East Kootenay Foundation for Health (EKFH) with a cheque for $5,000 to go towards oncology.
Abreast in the Rockies have donated over $65,000 since 2006. Thank you ladies for all of your hard work and dedication!
The goal for the 2018 Starlite Campaign is $300,000. We are powering our labs through Starlite this holiday season. To donate please go to ekfh.ca!
