Easy Christmas Cookie
By Kyla Cornish
I take the lazy route on most things. Smarter not harder, right? May I introduce you to my Easy Christmas Cookie?
Easy Christmas Cookie aka Haystacks
1 package chocolate chips
1 package butterscotch chips
1- 14 oz package of Chow Mein Noodles
Melt chips in double boiler (I put water in a big pot and let it boil, then put my other pot in it)
Crunch the Chow Mein Noodles and put in pot.
Stir.
Spoon cookies on to a cookie sheet. Refrigerate.
Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy!
And if you feel super Christmas like, put a little red cherry on top.
If you dug this weird recipe, then you will love these ones too!
