Feb. 28 Water Quality Advisory postponed
The Water Quality Advisory scheduled for the City of Cranbrook beginning tonight – Wednesday, February 28, has been postponed for at least a couple of weeks.
Public Works is still planning to complete the inspection and cleaning of the intake screen of the Phillips Reservoir in a few weeks.
The City of Cranbrook and the Interior Health Authority (IHA) will initiate a Water Quality Advisory once this work is set to begin.
The City of Cranbrook and IHA will announce the new date well in advance of this water system work, to allow residents, businesses and other service providers time to prepare for it.
We apologize for the last-minute cancellation of this work, and we appreciate the patience and understanding of our residents and our water system users.
