The GROW Community Garden, which has been going since 1999, is located on 14th Ave and 12 St. and can be seen as you drive south on 14th Ave.

We keep our annual rental fees for our 37 garden plots at a reasonable price so that low-income families and seniors can grow their own food in a collaborative and organized garden system.

Each gardener is responsible for maintaining hhis/her own plot and as well, contributes to the overall maintenance of the entire garden area.

Gardeners volunteer to grow food for the Cranbrook Food Bank in a communal plot. Last year 450 pounds of food was donated to the Food Bank from our garden.
