Helping Cranbrook residents move with confidence
A newly opened clinic on Baker Street is dedicated to helping Cranbrook residents living with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions regain mobility, independence, and confidence.
Led by Elizabeth Ballard, BHK, MPT, a PWR!Moves Certified Therapist, NeuroAlign Physiotherapy Inc. focuses on care for individuals with Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, stroke, brain injury, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Through early assessment and evidence-based interventions, the clinic empowers patients to actively manage their conditions, reduce the risk of falls, and maintain daily function.
“Chronic neurological conditions can be challenging,” said Elizabeth. “We provide personalized, hands-on therapy with education, balance and strength training, and practical strategies for daily life. Watching our patients walk with confidence, regain independence, and return to the activities they love is what drives us every day.”
NeuroAlign’s philosophy centres on compassionate, individualized care, ensuring that treatments are safe, effective, and meaningful. For clients who live outside of Cranbrook—or who find travel difficult—Telehealth appointments offer the convenience of receiving expert physiotherapy support from the comfort of home, providing continuity of care year-round, even during colder months or when travel is challenging.
