Kootenay Christian Academy was honoured to have veterans, Royal Canadian Legion members, service members, Kootenay-Columbia MP Wayne Stetski, and City of Cranbrook Mayor Lee Pratt attend their Remembrance Day service on Monday, November 9.

About 300 community people attended the service, in addition to the staff and students. The audience stood in honour as the veterans, Legion and service members were bagpiped into the service. Individual students and classes shared their performances. It was moving to hear Leah, a Service Member, share about the significance of Remembrance Day.
