Former College of the Rockies Heavy Duty Mechanics instructor, Bill Crouch, has travelled to the Mwanza Regional Vocational Technical and Service Centre in Tanzania to help with the college’s heavy duty mechanics skills development program. Recommended by college instructor, Spencer Mellor, who is the lead technical adviser on the project, Crouch will be helping with curriculum revision and planning.
