Cranbrook has a new website to support renters, landlords and community members looking for information and resources related to affordable housing.

The website includes available rental units, next-step living for seniors, home sharing and the ‘Keys to Home 2017 Housing Needs Report’ for Cranbrook.

It also contains links to numerous tenancy guides and resources, including short courses to assist renters and landlords, template agreements and letters, as well as links to rental assistance and subsidized housing.

Those with an interest in home sharing will find information about the benefits of home sharing, and access to tools and strategies that will avoid its pitfalls.

The Keys to Home project began in 2015 as a collaboration of local community organizations and programs seeking to address local homelessness and the challenges posed by a shortage of affordable housing in the area. For more information, email [email protected].
