Ninth annual Rolling Barrage arriving in August

Now in its ninth year, The Rolling Barrage is a nationwide motorcycle ride dedicated to raising awareness and funds for veterans and first responders.

This coast-to-coast journey shines a light on the challenges faced by those who serve, including mental health struggles and the transition to civilian life. But more than just a ride, The Rolling Barrage is a powerful movement—fostering strength, resilience, camaraderie, and understanding.

The ride spans from St. John’s, Newfoundland (July 27) to Aldergrove, B.C. (August 16), stopping in communities across Canada—including Cranbrook, a favourite stop for many riders; last year we welcomed over 150!

Once in town on Thursday, August 14, the riders welcome the community to the ninth annual Rolling Barrage BBQ and Fundraiser at 6 p.m. at Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 24 at the Heritage Inn and Convention Centre, for a community gathering dedicated to raising funds and awareness for The Rolling Barrage PTSD Foundation.

Funds raised support vital programs like mental health services and transition assistance, making a lasting impact in the lives of veterans and first responders. Each year, the ride grows stronger—thanks to the dedication of its riders and the generosity of supporters nationwide.

The Rolling Barrage is proud to see the impact of their efforts each year. The generosity of the riders and supporters enables them to make a real difference in the lives of those who have dedicated themselves to serving our communities and our country.

Everyone is welcome and supporters are encouraged to register and join the ride along the route, attend local events, and contribute to the cause.

Join us for a great evening of food, connection, and community as we welcome the riders and rally together for this meaningful cause.

More details will be available closer to the date of the Cranbrook arrival.
