Opposition leader to be Small Business week highlight

B.C. Government Opposition Leader Andrew Wilkinson is returning to Cranbrook Oct. 16 to serve as keynote speaker at the Cranbrook Chamber of Commerce’s second annual Small Business Week Showcase at the Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort.

This event is for everyone! Aspiring entrepreneurs, start-ups, growing ventures and established business gurus welcome. Come connect with other members of the business community and explore the resources that are available to you and your business at every stage of operation.

Members can enjoy the chamber’s classic luncheon structure with a meal and presentation by Andrew Wilkinson, Q.C. beginning at 11 a.m. and running to 1 p.m.

From 1 to 3 p.m., the chamber welcome members and the public to take in the booths that will be set up displaying resources that are available to businesses in Cranbrook.

Everyone is welcome, but pre-registration is required.
