Stolen Pepsi truck recovered in Creston

UPDATE: Cranbrook RCMP this afternoon reported the stolen white Ford F350, license plate DR4 854 bearing the “Pepsi” logos was recovered earlier today in Creston due to information received from the general public.

“We do thank everyone who kept a watchful eye for the vehicle.  The investigation is ongoing,” police stated.

Cranbrook RCMP is asking the public for assistance in locating a stolen Pepsi truck.

At approximately 4 a.m. this morning Cranbrook RCMP was called to the 600-block of Industrial Road C for a theft of a commercial vehicle.

RCMP was advised that at about 2 a.m. a male on a motorbike was noted on camera in the area of the truck. The male then placed his motorcycle in the back of the truck and was seen leaving the compound at around 2:25 a.m.

The truck is described as a white Ford F350, license plate DR4854. The truck has “Pepsi” logos on the sides and a yellow “Maxon” logo on the tailgate. The truck has an eight-foot bed with a service box power lift gate on it.

“We are asking members of the public to keep an eye out for this vehicle. It should be fairly recognizable with the Pepsi Logos on the sides” said Cst. Katie Forgeron. “If you see this vehicle, or can identify the male in the photo, please contact our office at 250-489-3471.
