Rockies Fest coming to Cranbrook June 14 and 15

Spirit of the Rockies is proud to announce their biggest lineup for 2024 as they present Rockies Fest 2024 June 14 and 15 at Western Financial Place.
With all the current events that are a staple for the weekend, this was a chance to grow the festival even larger by adding two nights of fantastic musical entertainment.
Friday night’s lineup is a great country based theme as the night kicks off with 2022’s American Idol contestant from Kamloops Cameron Whitcomb, then followed up with the big man of Canadian rock/country himself, Julian Austin.
To finish out the night, we are proud to bring to the stage internationally celebrated artist, Jess Moskaluke whom continues to break barriers in the country music world with her big voice, pop-infused hooks, and sonic versatility, as seen across her new EP ‘Heartbreaker.’

The first Canadian female country artist since Shania Twain to achieve Canadian Platinum single status with the hit ‘Cheap Wine and Cigarettes,’ Moskaluke has since gone on to earn Canadian Gold certifications for ‘Take Me Home,’ ‘Kiss Me Quiet,’ ‘Knock Off’ and her first number one ‘Country Girls.’
She was notably the first Canadian female country artist since 2008 to have a song in the top three with ‘Drive Me Away.’ The 2017 JUNO Award winner for ‘Country Album of the Year,’ Moskaluke has taken home multiple CCMA Awards including ‘Album Of The Year’ (2018) and ‘Female Artist of the Year’ (three times consecutive) and is a 2017 SOCAN Award winner and the 2020 WCM Award winner for ‘Country Artist of the Year.’
Saturday night is another huge night, as to kick off the party is Calgary based Flatline Phoenix, followed by iconic 1980s pop band Men Without Hats. Featuring chart topping songs like ‘Safety Dance’ and ‘Pop goes the world’ this show will have more fun than your first high school dance!
To complete the night, we are excited to announce the addition of Canadian superstars Loverboy.
With their trademark red leather pants, bandannas, big rock sound and high-energy live shows, Loverboy has sold more than 10 million albums, earning four multi-platinum plaques, including the four-million-selling Get Lucky, and a trio of double-platinum releases in their self-titled 1980 debut, 1983’s Keep It Up and 1985’s Lovin’ Every Minute of It.
Their string of hits includes, in addition to the anthem Working for the Weekend, such arena rock staples as Lovin’ Every Minute of It, This Could Be the Night, Hot Girls in Love, The Kid is Hot Tonite, Notorious, Turn Me Loose, When It’s Over, Heaven In Your Eyes and Queen of the Broken Hearts.
Tickets for this weekend of high energy music will be on sale February 2 at 10 a.m. Limited early bird weekend passes will be available for the low price of $99, so get them before they are gone!
