The City of Cranbrook’s Public Works waterworks team will be cleaning the water intake for the city’s water system beginning at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 27.

Residents in some areas of the community may notice some dirty water later this evening and into Wednesday morning. This is not a health concern. Please simply run your cold water tap until the water runs clear.

The City of Cranbrook is committed to the delivery of safe and desirable drinking water to the citizens of Cranbrook. This work is part of the city’s overall maintenance schedule, which is regularly undertaken on the city’s water system to ensure your water is of the best quality possible.
