Summer Sounds and Dancing in the Park begins July 6
Summer Sounds and Dancing in the Park returns to Cranbrook’s Rotary Park this summer, but on Thursday evenings.
The first event kicks off July 6, with The Testers and The Hurricanes performing.
The free live music event, staged by Fisher Peak Performing Artists’ Society, will run every Thursday (mostly) in July and August from 6 to 10 p.m.
The lone exception will be Summer Sounds and Rotary Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, August 26, featuring musical acts Brass Monkey, HY2 and Half Spent.
Food vendors and a beverage garden featuring Fisher Peak Brewing will accompany the event.

Aug. 31 – Kootenay Soul with Tyrel Hawke.
