The Cranbrook Health Care Auxiliary (CHCA) is very busy this year raising funds, (approximately $400,000) to purchase equipment for the operating rooms at the East Kootenay Regional Hospital. We wish to thank Warren Bishop, representing the East Kootenay Trail Hounds Association, who made their job a lot easier this week when they presented them with a cheque for $1,000.

The Trail Hounds Association is a registered not-for-profit organization here in the East Kootenay that helps government agencies with studies on habitation and trails etc. Preserving the wilderness for our wildlife.
