Two vehicles stolen overnight
Cranbrook RCMP officers were called to two complaints of stolen vehicles overnight.
RCMP received the first call around 9 a.m. this morning. The owner of the vehicle advised that his truck, B.C. license plate KX1478, was stolen from the 300 Block of 5th Street S.
The truck is described as a 2002 Chevrolet extended cab, diesel pickup truck with a white canopy on the back. The truck has black and silver wheels with aggressive tires. The owner of this vehicle believes it happened sometime between 10 p.m. last night and 9 a.m. this morning.
Cranbrook RCMP was then advised that a 2007 Dodge Caliber was stolen from a residence in the 300 block of 7th Street S. This vehicle, license plate AA3 01E, is described as a black hatchback vehicle. UPDATE: RCMP report this vehicle has been located.
Cranbrook RCMP is asking anyone who sees the remaining missing vehicle to call 911. Do not approach the vehicle.
