Hope is springing eternal this week.

At the Heart this week:

Ace of Raphael

It is serious spring fever time. I don’t mean the low grade kind where you get the urge to go rake the yard, or finally take down those Christmas lights. I mean the burning kind of fever that makes you want to open the sunroof and head out on the highway, looking for adventure. (Or whatever comes your way). You are sporting the bloom of youth and damn it feels great. Those first new buds are on the trees, a few brave shoots are popping up in the garden and it’s time to open those windows and let the breeze find its way into the nooks and crannies of our sleepy lives. Ace of Raphael is all about new beginnings, new endeavours and beautiful new friendships. Embrace this coming week with the breathless sense of anticipation that something wonderful is about to happen. Because it is.

Our Strength card this week:

Strength

Don’t you just love it when the Strength card shows up in the Strength position? Seems a bit redundant, I know, but the Strength card is really urging us to find the softest place within ourselves and to use that as our source of strength. Kindness, compassion, forgiveness, and letting go of old hurts and grudges is the place to begin anew. Once we all agree to clean the slate, we create the space in our lives for new, glorious people and experiences to take their place. Sometimes we are strongest when we are at our most vulnerable. So be like the snow, and just let it melt.

Our Challenge is:

Seven of Ariel

Patience is the art of waiting, and our challenge this week is to really hone that skill. We have planted the seeds and now we are staring at the ground, urging them to “GROW! Grow NOW, dammit!” By allowing the perfect amount of time to pass we will give those seeds a chance to germinate and will be able to enjoy the fruits much sooner than we think. Patience is also the art of hoping, and given that Hope Springs Eternal it seems most timely that we are being challenged to find the art of patience right now as spring finally arrives.
