Wild Theatre presenting The Outsiders
The talented theatre and music students at Mount Baker Secondary School are bringing the classic 1950s gang tale ‘The Outsiders’ to Key City Theatre April 27-29.
The story follows a teen gang in rural Oklahoma, called the Greasers, who are perpetually at odds with the Socials, a rival group. When Greasers Ponyboy and Johnny get into a brawl that ends in the death of a Social member, the boys are forced to go into hiding.
Soon Ponyboy and Johnny, along with the intense Dallas and their other Greaser buddies, must contend with the consequences of their violent lives. While some Greasers try to achieve redemption, others meet tragic ends.
Mount Baker Wild Theatre presents The Outsiders April 27 – 29 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $14 Adults; $12 Seniors; $10 Students; $8 Children under 12.
