3 facts you need to know
About the Timber Supply Area review…
Kootenay East MLA
1. B.C.’s Chief Forester will review the Cranbrook Timber Supply Area, where we live, work and recreate. The results of her review will determine how the next 10 years of logging will occur in our region.
2. The Chief Forester has created a discussion paper on how the Cranbrook TSA will be logged over the next decade. If you hunt, hike, fish, berry pick, quad, snowmobile, guide or do anything else on crown land, you may be interested.
3. You can find out more about this process by reading the Cranbrook TSA Timber Supply Analysis Discussion Paper at www.for.gov.bc.ca/tsa/tsa05/Index/htm or the Forestry office in Cranbrook at 1902 Theatre Road (250-426-1781).
