CMHA Kootenays’ Essential Items Project is in full swing and your help is needed.

The Essential Items Project provides basic necessities, such as hygiene products, household supplies, and everyday essentials, to individuals and families in our community who are experiencing hardship. These small but vital items bring comfort, dignity, and stability to those who need it most.

Last year they were able to provide 175 baskets (serving 203 individuals), and this year they have already received over 180 applications.

To continue this work, CMHA Kootenays is kindly asking for monetary donations.

Your support will make a meaningful and immediate impact. No monetary contribution is too small! Each donation helps us reach another neighbor in need.
