Kimberley Alpine Resort is inviting locals to the hill this Sunday, January 28 for its annual Community Day festivities.

Community Day features free lift tickets for residents of Canal Flats, Cranbrook, Creston, Kimberley, Meadowbrook, Moyie, Skookumchuk, Ta Ta Creek, Wardner, Wasa and Wycliffe.

Visitors must show photo identification and proof of residency.

Additionally, burgers will be available for only $4 with all proceeds supporting the East Kootenay Adaptive Snowsports.

There will also be other on-hill deals available.
