Creston RCMP reports missing man located okay

UPDATE:

Creston RCMP today report: please be advised that Jesse Wood has been located and there are no further issues in relation to this matter.

Creston RCMP is currently attempting to locate Jesse Wood, a 43-year-old male who has been reported missing from his residence in Creston.

He was last seen by a roommate on Sunday, March 31 around 2 p.m. wearing blue t-shirt, dark sweatpants, yellow foam-type sandals and backpack. He is not associated to any vehicle and is known to usually be seen “cigarette butt hunting” on foot downtown.

Associates have informed police that he may have gone to Cranbrook, although this information cannot be corroborated at this time.

If anyone knows of the whereabouts of Mr. Wood, please contact you local RCMP Detachment so that an Officer can confirm Mr. Wood’s wellbeing.

Description: Caucasian male, 5’7, approx. 170 lbs, balding but has longer dark brown/black hair on the sides, brown eyes.
