BC Wildfire Service is attacking an estimated .25-hectare wildfire on East Peavine FSR, southeast of Lumberton.

Suspected to be lightning-caused, the fire was discovered June 28 at about 6 p.m.

There is one initial attack crew responding with support of a water tender.

A danger tree faller is on scene as the area has a lot of blow-down for crews to work around.
