East Kootenay FireSmart events on and upcoming
The East Kootenay FireSmart Program has current and upcoming events in Tie Lake, Rosen Lake and Wasa.
Two of the events begin today (August 1).
The East Kootenay FireSmart Program will hold a Community Debris Bin Event in Rosen Lake for residents of Roy and Peters Road, as well as McLean Road starting on August 1.
East Kootenay FireSmart is also holding a Community Debris Bin Event in Wasa Lake for residents of Ponderosa Road, Pine Road, Maple Road and Perch Road starting August 1.
On Saturday, August 3 at 10 a.m., the Legion Road FireSmart Group in Rosen Lake will hold an informational meeting for their residents.
And on Friday August 16 to Tuesday, August, 20, the East Kootenay FireSmart Program and Rosen Lake FireSmart Groups of Roy and Peters Road, McLean Road, Audia Road, Rosen Lake Road East, Legion Road, and Rosen Lake Strata will be hosting a Community Chipping Event.
