Fifth annual ICE Awards presented

The fifth annual Inclusive Employment (ICE) Awards winners have been officially announced, recognizing outstanding employers who have significantly contributed to creating inclusive workplaces for individuals with disabilities. The community voting selected the winners and represented excellence in their respective categories.

The winners in each category are as follows:

Accessibility Award: Blade Runners Shredding Services

Authentic Leader Award: Safeway Cranbrook

Community Mentor Award: The Paw Shop

Emboldened Visionary Award: Home Depot Cranbrook

Innovative Career Builder Award: Stonefire Pizzeria

“We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the winners of this year’s ICE Awards,” said [Zach Johnson]. “Their dedication and commitment to inclusive employment have made a profound impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities. We commend their efforts and hope that their success will inspire more organizations to embrace diversity and create inclusive workplaces.

The ICE Awards, presented by REALM Services Inc., aim to celebrate and promote the importance of inclusive employment practices. By recognizing employers who prioritize diversity and inclusion, the ICE Awards strive to create a more accessible and inclusive society for everyone.
