Highway 3 – Kootenay Pass

With a mean cold front still holding rule over us all, it should come as no surprise that East Kootenay highways are a full display of winter driving conditions as Friday, Feb. 8 afternoon unfolds.

Winter driving conditions from British Columbia and Alberta border to Fernie.
