Mainroad East Kootenay Contracting reports crews will begin a mowing program starting today on Highway 95A before moving towards the Yahk area and then head east to Sparwood.

Mainroad crews check the fire hazards daily and adjust our mowing schedule in accordance with the recommendations from BCWS.

Please leave a safe distance for our mowing crews to perform the mowing operations safely.
Mainroad’s 24-hour communications and dispatch office will pass on all your observations and concerns to crews when contacted.
