The Kootenay Trout Hatchery is hosting an Open House April 15 as a celebration of the Freshwater Fisheries Society of B.C.’s 20^th anniversary.

The open house, running from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., will feature hatchery tours, fishing activities for kids, the Bull River Community Association barbecue and cake.

Kootenay Trout Hatchery is located at 4522 Fenwick Road.
