Letter to the Editor

I’m writing to show my support for Wayne Stetski as MP for Kootenay-Columbia.

Wayne has been more than helpful when it has come to my issues with the Phoenix pay system, which I have dealt with working for Parks Canada and the years after working for Parks Canada as well. He and his team have been very attentive and compassionate with my problems and even provided me answers faster than the pay centre could provide me.

Wayne has taken his role as NDP Parks Canada critic seriously and has been a strong voice for not only just the natural side of our National Parks but also the people who work for Parks Canada and work/live within our National Parks.

At all of his town hall meetings and “hiking with your MP” events, Wayne has been very open to listening to issues from everyone present and shows true interest in getting all the information in order to address said issues in an appropriate fashion.

I truly feel Wayne has done good work as MP for Kootenay-Columbia and hope the people of the riding elect him to another term.
