The following is the breakdown of the Rocky Mountain School District (No. 6) school board of trustees’ election from Nov. 19.

James Jenkinson, Amber Byklum and Rosemary Oaks for areas three to five but areas one and two were filled with candidates.

Winning in area one are Shannon Hood, Rhonda Smith and Roberta Fearing. Area two will be represented by Sandra Smaill, Betty Lou Barrett and Mac Campbell.

In the Kootenay East School District (No. 5) four trustees were acclaimed (Shaun Damstrom-Area 4, Curtis Helgesen- Elkford, Frank Lento-Fernie and Bev Bellina – Sparwood).

The five newly elected trustees for Cranbrook and Regional District of East Kootenay Electoral Area C are, in order of the most votes received: Chris Johns (2,553 votes), Patricia Whalen (2,539), Trina Ayling (2,485), Gail Brown (2,346) and Olivia Besanger (2,280).

Missing the cut were Dan Hall, Chris Ellis and Tammy Tait.
