The following is a summary of motions carried by the School District No. 5 School (SD5) Board of Trustees on January 14.
Motions Carried
Finance Operations:
That the Secretary Treasurer, Trustees Doug McPhee and Trustee Patricia Whalen continues to pursue the issue of installing flashing speed zone lights with the City of Cranbrook in front of Steeples Elementary School and Amy Woodland Elementary School. And further; that the notes from the September 25, 2019 meeting be forwarded to the representatives of the City of Cranbrook.
General:
That the 2020 Standing Committee Representatives document be accepted as presented.
That the Board approves Trustee Trina Ayling to schedule a meeting for the Cranbrook trustees to discuss the Proposed Official Community Plan and Zoning Amendment Bylaw for 804 Innes Avenue received from the City of Cranbrook.
