About apprenticeships in B.C.’s growing economy

1. B.C. is expecting almost one million job openings by 2025 from retirements and B.C.’s fast-growing economy.

2. To ensure British Columbians are first in line for these jobs, B.C. invests more than $7.8 billion each year in education and training.

3. This continued investment has increased the apprenticeship completion rate to 40%, meaning more British Columbians have the skills they need in B.C.’s growing economy.
