Wycliffe Regional Park Campground booking set to open
The new Wycliffe Regional Park Campground will soon be open for booking.
“We are excited to be able to offer this camping option to the public,” said Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) Recreation & Control Services Supervisor Jamie Davies.
“We have a top-rated 18-hole disc golf course, hiking and biking trails, picnic areas, bocce and horseshoe pits, ball fields, and fire pits. This new campground will make it easier for residents and visitors to enjoy those amenities even more.”
The campground features 20 non-serviced campsites. Twelve are for tenting or smaller trailers (maximum length 18 feet), and eight pull-through sites will accommodate longer trailers (max. length 32 feet).

The campground will be open mid-May through September annually.
The maximum number of nights available for booking will be 14 per calendar year.
Bookings will open at 8 a.m. on February 15 and can be made by visiting this site.
“We live in a beautiful part of the world and these campsites will allow residents and visitors to relax and enjoy the scenery, and amenities offered at Wycliffe Regional Park, and explore the surrounding area,” added Davies.
