We’re kicking off the new year with some exciting news! We’re thrilled to share an update on our Wind Phone Project.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of StellarVista Credit Union, we’ve received a $2,000 grant to help fund the construction and installation of our three wind phones! This donation, alongside the support from the Columbia Basin Trust ReDi Grant Program, brings us one step closer to creating a meaningful space for reflection, remembrance, and connection.

We’re also excited to announce our collaboration with Sparwood Secondary School’s DesignHUB, led by Stephen Larsen, and James Lund’s woodshop class.

These talented students, with the guidance of their dedicated teachers, will be bringing the wind phones to life, giving them a hands-on opportunity to explore and discuss important topics like grief and loss.
