Elk Valley Lodge applies to be permanent
The District of Elkford has received an application to change the Official Community Plan (OCP) and Zoning Bylaw to permit the Elk Valley Lodge (work camp) to remain as a permanent facility.
A public hearing for these applications has been scheduled for March 25 at 4 p.m. at Teck Hall in the Community Conference Centre (750 Fording Drive).
Official notice of these applications will be provided in accordance with the district’s notification procedures on March 14. A public information package will also be available when official notice is published.
More information on the application can be reviewed prior to March 14 by looking over the meeting agenda and attachments from February 12 available on the district’s website.
