At first, Robert Josephison couldn’t believe it that he landed $43,415 from a Pacific Hold’Em Poker draw on March 22 but once it sank in, all he could say was “WOW!”

The Elkford resident purchased the ticket from Elkford Motor Inn Sneaky’s Pub on Michel Road and was there when he found out the good news.

“I was sitting in the pub at the time and thought ‘I think I won… I wonder how much,’” he recalled. “It takes a few minutes to set in but WOW!”

Josephison plans to purchase a few pieces of furniture with his prize and is also considering a new car.
