Here is what is happening at the Fernie Heritage Library in April!
THEME: Around the Globe
Story time (ages 3-5): Tuesdays and Fridays* 11:15 a.m.-noon.
Stories, songs, finger plays, puppets and simple crafts or activity. *Ukulele Friday-simple ukulele instruction for parents and tots.
Toddlertime (ages 0-2): Wednesdays 11:15 a.m.-noon
Stories, songs and finger plays as well as an opportunity to meet other parents of babies and young children.
April 1-4 – ALL PROGRAMS DROP-IN THIS WEEK ONLY.
TUESDAY; No Afterschool program: Join us at the Registration Fair!
Wednesday: Lego Club (6-10 yrs)
Thursday: Rainbow Loom (8-11 yrs)
Friday: Pioneer Crafts (6-10 yrs)
Afterschool Clubs: 3:30-4:45 p.m. BEGINNING APRIL 8-MAY 30.
Tuesdays: LEGO CLUB (Ages 6-8/8-10) *REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Wednesdays: THE PUZZLERS (Ages 9-12) Wonders of the World. (Drop-in)
Thursdays: LIVING BOOKS (Ages 6-10) Meet a living book, listen to its story! (Drop-in)
Fridays: PIONEER CRAFTS (Ages 7-10) Rug Hooking and knitting (Drop-in)
Red Cedar Book Club
April 30, 1 p.m.
Meet Author Karen Rivers, the author of ‘The Encyclopedia of Me.’
More information will be going out to Red Members next week via email.

April 3: Author Event – Glenn Dixon, ‘Tripping the World Fantastic’ -a journey of music around the world.
April 10: Join Keith Liggett and Adam MacDonald for Poetry Night as they read from their newest book/compilations.
