Letter to the Editor

I would like to make a suggestion to the District of Sparwood on a possible donation from a club or organization for a park bench for passengers on the Elk Valley Community Bus from Elkford to Fernie, or the bus to Cranbrook.

A park bench would be beneficial to the travellers as some passengers are disabled seniors or have to stand a long time. One chair is at the pick-up area and not efficient. There is usually more than one person. I am sure a community organization would be willing to help. Thank you.
