Fernie SAR aid sledder suffering medical distress
Fernie Search and Rescue (SAR) was called to assist a male snowmobiler in medical distress at the Rolling Hills Cabin earlier Yesterday (Jan. 14).
Two Fernie SAR Technicians responded via Ascent Helicopters (pictured) to stabilize and extricate the man.
He was handed over to BC Ambulance Service and Fernie Fire Rescue after suffering a suspected cardiac emergency.
