The Fernie & District Arts Council has been awarded a Public Art Grant by the Columbia Kootenay Cultural Alliance, and funding from Resort Municipality Initiative to add to the public art inventory of Fernie.

In addition, the Fernie Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 36 is supporting the installation of a new permanent mural.

All experienced and professional artists who live in the Columbia Basin are welcome to submit their proposal.

The theme: Station Square, Community and Remembrance.

The deadline to submit a proposal is February 29, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
