Yukon Blonde playing free Griz Days show
Fernie Griz Days Committee is excited to announce that Yukon Blonde will be coming to Station Square on March 4 for a free live concert.
This free concert is part of the Saturday night activities, which include Rocky Mountain Lumberjack Show, fireworks, refreshment garden, and DJ. All events are family friendly and will start after the Griz Days parade on 2nd Avenue. The parade starts at 5:30 p.m.
Yukon Blonde, an indie rock band, has been touring Canada over the past year and was last in town for the 2016 Wapiti Music Festival.
Griz Days Saturday Station Square evening schedule:
4 p.m. refreshment garden opens
4 p.m. – Rocky Mountain Lumberjack show
4:30 p.m. – Crowning of Extreme Griz winner
5:30 p.m. – Parade
7 p.m. – Rocky Mountain Lumberjack show
7:45 p.m. – Fireworks
8 p.m. – YUKON BLONDE
