Hartley Creek conditions have improved this morning
UPDATE:
The conditions at Hartley Creek on Highway 3 have improved this morning.
Mainroad crews will continue to monitor the area throughout the weather event.
Please watch out for crews and drive with caution.

Mainroad East Kootenay Contracting reports Hartley Creek is currently overflowing onto Highway 3 between Fernie and Sparwood.
Mainroad Crews are currently on scene. Please watch for debris and roadside workers.
Heavy rainfall is currently impacting the entire region.
