Sparwood council 2023 meeting schedule
The District of Sparwood has released its 2023 council meeting schedule.
Regular council meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m.
All meetings are held in council chambers unless otherwise posted.
Meetings are televised on Shaw Cable Channel 10 at 6 p.m. on Wednesdays and 11 a.m. on Fridays or as advertised on the cable channel.
Council meetings are being broadcast live via Zoom and on the District of Sparwood Facebook page. Meeting videos are also available on the district’s website.

January 3, 2023 – Cancelled; January 17.
February 7; February 21.
March 7; March 21.
April 4; April 18.
May 2; May 16.
June 6; June 20.
July 4; July 18.
August 1; August 15.
September 5; September 19.
October 3; October 17.
November 7; November 21.
December 5; December 19.
Items for inclusion in the agenda must be received by the Corporate Officer by noon on the Wednesday preceding a meeting. Anyone wishing to address council may do so by submitting an ‘Application to Appear Before Council as a Delegate or Delegation’ prior to the deadline. Applications are available on the district’s website, by email, or request at the front counter.
