Theft robs skating loop of light
The District of Sparwood this morning reported between 9 p.m. and midnight on Monday, January 9, five battery powered LED lights were stolen from the Lions Park Skating Loop.
“Due to this theft the district will not be able to light the Loop until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience,” the district stated on social media.
