B&E suspect arrested in Kimberley

Police advise public to lock vehicles and outbuildings

On November 13, Kimberley RCMP responded to a break and enter in progress in the 600 block of 301st Street in Marysville.

Several items were stolen including credit cards that were used in the Kimberley and Cranbrook area shortly after this break and enter. The suspect, a 54-year-old male, was quickly identified and arrested on the same date and is scheduled to appear in court in January 2023 facing charges of Possession of Stolen Property and Credit Card Fraud.

On November 20, several thefts were reported in the Swan and Norton Avenue area of Kimberley. During these investigations, a suspect was identified and charges have been recommended against that individual.

Kimberley RCMP want to make the public aware of these thefts and is reminding people to lock their vehicles and outbuildings which have been the target of these recent thefts.
