Bluebird day for Marysville Daze

The Mark Creek Lions Club hosted Marysville Daze Saturday (June 7) from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The community family fun event started with a pancake breakfast followed by plenty of games for kids, vendors selling a wide array of wares and produce, food trucks and providers, a beverage garden and baseball tournament.

And it was all held in gorgeous spring weather conditions; warm and sunny with the steady stream of festival attendees’ spirits reflecting the bluebird day.

Here’s another brief look at one of the East Kootenay’s longest running community events, held in Lions Park in Marysville.
